PIER is headquartered on the East Coast and conveniently located near many major metropolitan areas that including Philadelphia, PA; Allentown, PA; Easton, PA; Reading, PA; Camden, NJ; Trenton, NJ, and New York City. Additionally, PIER has easy access to major rural communities throughout Central PA and Southern NJ.

Research project subject pools in this region include: urban, rural, bi-lingual, English language learners, special education, high poverty, high Latino and African American populations, etc.

We have experience in project management, data collection, participant and data collector training, data entry, protocol development, IOA protocols, writing proposals in response to RFPs, writing for publication, materials' development for project implementation, primary project implementation, etc.
